Description:
 This is a Civil War vintage C. Sharp New Model 1863 Carbine. Shortly after the Civil many of the .52 caliber percussion Sharps rifles and carbines were converted to fire the new black powder metallic cartridges. These were reissue to the military and sold on the civilian market. This carbine shows its age and rough frontier use. Sold as is.
