This is a very nice revolver that was made in 1908, and retains 97-98% of the original, lustrous blue finish, and a commensurate amount of vivid fire blue on the trigger, hammer, and screw heads. There is some silvering along a few of the high edges and projections with mild turn-ring on the cylinder as well. The checkered hard rubber grips are in excellent condition with traces of wear and very minor flattening of the points. This is a simply splendid Colt DA revolver, and is in excellent, little-used condition overall.
