Custom rolling block on an unnamed action .
Chambered in 45/70 , 27&1/2” barrel with excellent condition bore .
Full octagon barrel with hooded front sight and buckhorn rear.
Wood is excellent with checkered wrist and forearm, very pleasing
metal capped forearm . Steel butt plate with toe on top .
This action would date from 1867 to 1870s . A true antique , with modern barrel .
Still a black powder rifle , only 1873 trapdoor Springfield loads are safe for this rifle .
