Description:
.30-06 caliber, 28" heavy barrel with the correct altered B.A.R. front sight with Winchester hood and globe feature. Accompanying the rifle is a selection of front sight inserts. Correct scope blocks are present on the barrel and receiver as well as the Lyman 48C receiver sight. 1922 style stock lacking the finger grooves. N.S. (nickel steel) marked bolt. In excellent condition retaining most of the blue. The stock showing only the most minor of handling marks and bore in mint. Very rare and difficult to find in this high condition. 1932 mfg. These rifle were mfg and sold through the D.C.M. to members of the NRA from 1929-1935 in very limited numbers.
