It is one of about 5000 that were produced for the army. It is chambered for the 30 Luger cartridge. It has the Manuel The Second crest on the top of the reciever. This Luger is all matched numbers. The magazine is the correct magazine for this pistol. These magazines were not serial numbered at all. They were coded with a circle having a triangle in the center on the wood bottom. This is the same marking that you will find on the barrel and reciever of the pistol. The grips are also matched serial numbered to this pistol. The grips are in fine condition with no damage. This pistols original bluing would rate a 94% faded overall condition. The holster and spare magazine pouch have the correct A.E. makers code. Both leather items are in good condition with no repairs or loose stiching. The original accessories are intact and consist of the following, Combination loading tool, Pin punch and Cleaning rod with oiler. All the accessories are stored in various compartments in the holster. The two spare magazines are not in the pouch. This Luger shows honest service use. The strawed parts show most of the strawing.
