Hubbard of Pecos, Reeves County, Texas with his registered brand April 13, 1916 in Vol. No. 1 of REEVES COUNTY REGISTERED BRAND text; Researched by Homer Mills, Rancher out of Alpine, Texas; “RLC” Marked on Inside Heel Bond; GOLD INLAYS AND GOLD PLATED ROWELS ON BLACK STEEL;
