Description:
A nice US Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor rifle in .45-70 Government. This rifle dates to 1886 and is in good overall condition with some bluing loss and dings in the wood. It has a 32 inch barrel with a nice shiny bore. The engravings a legible and sharp and the stock appears original with sharp cartouches. This rifle comes with a US bayonet with scabbord and frog, and a US marked ammo pouch.
