Description:
Made by the late Glen Marshall this is a uniquely constructed one-of-a-kind design in colaboration with Bud Lang (former editor of Knives Illustrated). Knife bears on the right side of the blade ther following etching : MARSHALL-LANG AWARD- 1998 and the full name of the recipient. This is the only such knife in existence as the AWARD was for some reason cancelled the following year. This knife is a scale down version of his famous A.F.F.S. Camp Model. Blade is 6-1/2" by 1-3/8" made from D2 steel stock. Fancy file work can be seen on top of the spine and tang, black micarta scales. stainlesss steel pins. Handmade basket weave leather scabbard by the maker with the name/last of the recipient, along wityh the initials C.L.B.
