J C Higgins (High Standard) model 583.24, 16 gauge bolt action shotgun. 26” barrel with a factory installed poly choke. Believe it or not, this gun is unfired; at least it certainly looks unfired..not a mark on the face of the bolt!! There are some light handling dings in the wood but it has never had a round in it. Blue is perfect. No box or paperwork. Great for the advanced J C Higgins collector.
