Colt Medium Frame Lightning .38-40 caliber rifle. Manufactured in 1890. Action works smoothly and perfectly. Bore is mostly bright with strong rifling Overall this rifle has approximately 80% original blue. Butt stock has surface handling marks and scuffs, no chips or cracks. Forend has very good checkering. Overall a very good Lightning rifle.
