Description:
A very scarce item is any bullard calibers in Winchester boxes. See "Winchester cartridge boxes 1856-1956" by ray Giles and Dan Shuey page 286. This is a very uncommon box, rounded corners, center fire circa 1900. The labels all remain in place and are marked bullard repeating rifles 39 cal, 45 grains, 190 Grs grooved bullet. The box contains 16 cartridges all head stamped U.M.C. S.H. 38-45. unfortunately not the original rounds but a very scarce and sound box with the UMC cartridges.
