Description:
This P-08 holster is very similar to one shown on page 77 of "Luger Holsters and Accessories of the 20th Century" by Eugene J. Bender. The book photo shows a separate flap for the magazine which was eliminated as the war wore on. Our example is a wartime production piece with no flap over the magazine. The under flap shows a large black eagle stamped over a circle and Swastika. This is most likely a post war add on (Fake). Stamped at top left on the body is "P08.
