Description:
This is a old Mexican Dagger. This knife has a hand carved bone handle and a 9 1/2" blade and is 14 1/4" overall. All parts are tight and solid. There are no chips, cracks on the bone and leather handle. This is a primitive fighting knife that would give many century of service. Mexicans were notoriously deadly knife fighters. It is in good solid condition. This is a very well-made Mexican knife dating to the Mexican revolution or earlier. The sheath is just as interesting as the knife its self. It has scolloped edges and leather stamping all combine to make a uniquely interesting knife and sheath from good materials. It is the talent of the maker that makes it so appealing.
