This Governor has been lightly used- it has some surface scratches and scuffs, but the owner said that he had it in his truck for a couple of weeks until he noticed it was getting scratched up, he then took it out. Fired one box.of .45 and one box of .410. Comes with the factory box, manual and all inserts. Great defensive revolver. Clean as a whistle. $35 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
