Description:
This is a Marlin Model 1891 in 32 Long Center Fire. The gun has a manufacturing date of 1893 with a S/N of 81787. The rifle has a 24" Octagon barrel and is magazine fed through a full lenth magazine tube. The rifle retains more than 50% of its original blule finish on the receiver and 70% on the barrel. The stock and forend are smooth uncheckered walnut and are free of splits and chips. The wood surfaces exibit only the normal handling marks that are normally found on a gun of this age.
The rear sight is a double blade "V" notch and the front sight is a single blade. The gun is complete with all parts and functions smoothly.
