HERTERS BSA (BIRMINGHAM SMALL ARMS) MODEL U-9 OR U9 BOLT ACTION .222 REM. MAG. SPORTING RIFLE W/HERTER’S 3X9 SCOPE. Circa late 1960’s made for Herter’s by B.S.A. 24” barrel. Receiver stamped “MADE IN ENGLAND”. Very fancy checkered walnut stock with ornate checkering and rollover style cheekpiece. Detachable swivels. Cocking indicator. Extra nice and very near mint with all the blue. Mint bore. Herters scope in perfect order and with the original scope caps. Excellent quality. Put a box of 55gr PSP through it and 1" consistent grouping by the end of the box. Beautifully inletted. Try getting a rifle this nicely finished today for the price.
