Boxlocks - With original 2 3/4" proofs and heavy chokes I was suspect that this was a pigeon model and then I saw the pigeon engraved on the rib and I was confirmed. With about 45% remaining case color and very nice blue and wood finish this is a rare find. The gun has very nice screws. We do not often find straight gripped German guns and to find a pre WWII in this kind of condition is even more rare.
