#94439, Waffenfabrik Mauser Oberndorf a/n: A 9 x 57 Mauser Commercial Mauser Sporter Type B Made in 1926, A complete refinish by the hands of Mr. Duane Wiebe, 24" round tapered barrel, Band island sight with tangent rear sight adjustable from 50 to 1000 meters, Ramp front sight, Band mounted forward sling swivel, Correct pear shaped bolt handle, Single trigger with very nice let-off, Modern bolt shroud with a Model 70 type 3 position wing safety, Talley bases and 1" rings that are detachable but not quick detachable, Hinged floorplate with an outside lever release, Traditional half-stock style, Cheekpiece, Schnabel forend tip, Steel grip cap, Near wrap around point pattern checkering on the grip only; Serial numbers match including the stock and magazine box, The internal inletting is excellent, It is totally and completely free of any oil soak inside, 14 1/2" LOP over the Pre-WWII buttplate with the Mauser logo, 7 lbs. 7 oz., The Duane Wiebe reblue remains at 98%, The Wiebe stock finish remains at 99%, The checkering is at 99%, The bore is very good plus with greying in the groove but no pits.
