MINTY, SUPERB CONDITION SAVAGE MODEL 1917 .380 ACP AUTO PISTOL, #28XXX. These excellent quality .380s were only made from 1920-1928. They are much less common than the .32 ACP caliber pistols and rarely seem to surface these days. Most that do appear show considerable carry wear as these were very popular small frame guns. This one is in near new condition throughout. If you look very, very carefully you might be able to detect the tiniest amount of edge wear or muzzle wear, but you’d have to look hard! Perfect grips, correct magazine, nice case colors on the trigger. It would be difficult to find a better example.
