Description:
A super clean Dutch Constaulary cotract as it appears possibly made from a Belgian Nagant patent, another possibly is a French Lefaucheux -Francotte . The octagonal 51/2" barrel has a clean , rifled bore. This gun is DA onky and the action is crisp. Finely hand checkered European walnut grips are very clean, no wear. This gun has crown over MF proof, and crown large R. No maker marks, or numbers, Bore meaurement is about .420, and the breech cylinder meausurement is about .450" A S&W .44 spl cartridge fit, but can't rotate the cyloinder as the cut at the back is recessed, .44 bulldog falls in,and S&W .44 Russian fits wel, however I think tjis chambers the 10.5mm cartridge?
