Description:
This is a dark brown leather flap holster with riveted brass closure loop and twin belt loops on the back. The leather has numerous small scuffs and marks along the exterior, as well as an old, period repair to the long closure tab on the cover. The holster has a vacant magazine pocket along the leading edge of the holster body, and both the take-down tool and original cleaning rod are present in their internal pockets on the interior of the cover flap. Also included is an original leather pistol lanyard with intact stud and tab fastener and sliding keeper. The lanyard is in fine shape; supple, and intact. This is one of the most desirable military Luger holsters, and this example rates very good condition overall.
