Perazzi MX-8 two barrel skeet/sporting clays set. Both sets of barrels are 28 3/8” long with “flat” vent ribs. Barrel set one has a .735” bore and is choked Skeet/Skeet (.006”/.006”). The second set is a “carrier” set made specifically for the full set of Briley Ultra light sub-gauge inserts with choke tubes. The stock and Schnabel forearm are made from an exquisite piece beautifully grained Turkish Walnut. Dimensionally the stock has a 15 3/8” LOP over pad and spacers. From the trigger to the end of the wood is 13 ½” so with a 1” pad the LOP would be 14 ½”. There is a 1 ½” DAC, (2 1/8” DA end of wood); 2 ½” DAH and the stock has a 1/4” cast for a right hand shooter. Mechanically and cosmetically the gun is excellent. It weighs 8 lbs. 10 oz. with the standard barrels and 8 lbs. 14 oz. for the carrier barrels with tubes installed. Cased in a Negrini take-down case with nylon carry cover. Made in 2002.
