Winchester Model 1917. 30-06, 26 inch barrel. This was the main rifle used by the American Expeditionary Forces in Europe during World War 1. Seventy percent of the rifles issued were Model 1917. Original high polish blue, not refurbished. No marks on wood. Bright bore with strong rifling. This Winchester is in excellent condition. A rare rifle.
