This is a just about perfect Model 1894 Marlin Carbine in .357 Magnum. Carbine has JM marked microgroove barrel, no push thru safety, original finish throughout and with a perfect bore and chamber.
This carbine was manufactured before the lawyers started making them and before the buyout of the Marlin Factory by the big conglomerate. Sadly the new guns being made (if you can find one) do not compare to these older models and this one is near mint condition just look at the photos.
