This Colt was produced in 1977 only. The pistol's serial number is 60831 R. It is fitted with a 4 inch 38 Special barrel. It has the rare full nickel finish for this model. These grips are usually seen on the Colt Diamondback model. They fit just fine on this pistol. The original nickel finish would rate a strong 99% overall condition. There is very light indications that this pistol has been fired. The action locks up tight showing no wear. This is one of the rarer Snake Models from Colts. This Colt saw very limited production for only one year. The nickel finish on this model is even rarer to find! This Colt will make some collector really happy to have in their collection.
