Description:
This is a nice example of a 1942 made Colt M1911A1 with matching numbered slide. Parkerized finish in good condition showing some wear on hard edges near muzzle. Some light marks on slide edges near takedown pin and light idiot mark on frame beneath takedown pin. Colt barrel with clean shiny bore. 'WB' inspector proof on left side of frame. "P" stamp on frame near mag release and top of slide in front of rear sight. "71" stamped on right side of trigger guard. Excellent grips and two-tone magazine. Serial number 7567xx.
