Augusta Maine Arsenel belt and clip for calvary saber marked "US " and "Augusta Maine Arsenel" - which was in operation from 1825 to 1840 and produced equipment for the Union Army.
Condition is excellent and amazing to be ORIGINIAL this old and intact !
Brass buckel is stamped "US"
Clip is stamped "J Shepard" and "US"
This is an original saber belt and attaching clip.
