For sale is a rare parts kit for your USMC M40A1 build. Included is a spec McMillan HTG stock, a reproduction M40A1 Unertl mount, and an as-issued leather M1907 sling from the 1980s.
Stock specs:
- New McMillan HTG stock, full inlet blank
- Molded in forest camo finish, NO stippling on grip or forend
- Remington 700 S700 right hand short action inlet
- M40A1/M40A3 barrel channel (equivalent to a Douglas #7 with a 4" cylinder)
- Aluminum action pillars factory installed
- Inlet for modified 2-piece Winchester Model 70 bottom metal - correct inlet for a full spec M40A1
- Wichita sling swivels factory installed
- Pachmayr brown 1/2" basketweave buttpad
- Exact reproduction by thehogsden
- Steel, unitized construction
- As issued leather M1907 sling
- Marked "MRT 12-86" (means Mildew Resistent Treatment, and date of treatment
