This is an absolutely beautiful Savage 99 in 30.30. A premier old school deer rifle. This one is in teriffic condition and had been in the safe for 25 years. The gun shows normal wear and the bluing is very strong everywere but the bottom of the receiver where it was carried afield in the hard woods of the Adirondacks by the sellers father. (If only she could talk.) Brass round counter. Lyman 575A aperture sight. Still plenty of case color on the lever and the wood is very good. Any deer hunter would be proud to own this old classic that still stands up to the best of what is offered today. DO NOT let this rifle pass you by.
