Description:
This is a very nice and new looking Browning Model 1885 in 45-70 Govt. The rifle has a 30 inch heavy half round half octagon barrel with sights. The stock is high grade walnut with a checkered pistol grip and matching checkered forearm. The receiver, lever, grip cap, butt plate and sights are all case color and still as new looking. This fine long range rifle is topped with a 4 1/2 inch adjustable Vernier rear sight and a globe front sight. The sight is case color with gold wash accents. This is a sharp looking rifle and would be great for a classic hunt or shoot.
