Description:
John Dickson 20 Bore Two Barrel Set. According to the Dickson records this shotgun,
Serial No. 4161 was sold to H.H. Inglis, Esq., on the 7th of August, 1889. Gun was originally
built with 28" Steel Barrels which are sleeved with Birmingham Nitro Proofs but not marked
"SLEEVED'. The new set of steel barrels are 27 1/8" marked "Rebarreled J. Dickson" with
the Frederick St address and London Proof/ 79. The new stock and FE have been masterfully
done by Dennis Potter. Just beautiful gun that looks like new.
