This is an example of the International Harvester M1 Garand. The rifle has some matching parts but has a replacement stock. The receiver was manufactured circa 1954 and the barrel was manufactured in November of 1954 by Line Material Corporation of Milwaukee WI. Overall a decent looking M1. This is your chance to own one of the iconic battle rifles of World War II and Korea. General Patton said of the M1 Garand, "In my opinion, the M1 rifle is the greatest battle implement ever devised".
