45-60 caliber, 28" full octagon barrel and magazine. Deluxe wood and checkering. Fabulous John Warren engraved in fine scroll with extensive 3 color gold bands and inlays depicting game scenes. Words can't describe the superb and meticulous work on this rifle. Stunning deluxe wood and checkering. Every part of the rifle is decorated in some manor. John Warren in considered to be one of the finest engravers of the 20th century and this may be his best work.This rifle is featured in "AMERICAN ENGRAVERS" page 170 under the section dedicated to John Warren's work.
