Description:
Here is a rare factory engraved, 5 1/2 inch, Colt 1862 police revolver. Mfg.mid war in 1863. There are good traces of blue in protected areas and about 40% silver pn BS & TG. It has the proper "E" with the serial number. The safety pins are intact and the grips retain most all their high polish varnish. All serial numbers match including the wedge and arbor. There are some dings in the grips consistant with age. Bore is very good and will clean even better. Please study the photos and contact me with any questions. Overall,a very good example.
