Description:
Up for your consideration is a stunning example of an early post war FN/Browning Hi-Power chambered in 9mm. This gun features the 4in barrel, and high polish blue finish we have all come to love in these pistols. The condition is nothing short of incredible. Given the fact that it's over 55 years old! Photos do this gun no justice, the condition has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. Not only is the gun all matching serial numbers, it also features the 2 original matching magazines, which are correctly numbered (01) and (02) which is their orientation of being a primary and backup magazine. This gun does have some peculiar markings on it. That is due to the fact that at some point in time, it was issued to the Buenos Aires Police department in Argentina. This in no way affects the value, or collectability of this firearm, in fact, to many it could be a driving factor to add this to their collection. Bore is in great shape with only minor wear if any. To the best of our knowledge this gun has not been refinished/altered in any way.
