This Smith & Wesson "Victory" Model is a Parkerized finish 6 shot double action revolver in .38 Special Cal. It has a 4 inch barrel. A blade front and integral notch rear sight. The grip is a smooth walnut with a lanyard swivel. S/N V96140 on butt and cylinder. U.S. Navy is stamped on frame top. Made in U.S.A.
