SOLD.....Nicest example of this model currently available anywhere. I am selling my vintage West Germany Anschutz Mannlicher Model 1418. It is a safe queen and I have never fired it. I cannot say that it has been fired outside the factory. So in essence, you are buying a wonderful 40 year old time capsule that is in "as new" condition. The quality of these rifles is a testimony proven by their excellent accuracy. Wood to metal finish is outstanding. European walnut, skip line hand crafted checkering, white line butt spacer, polished bolt and beautiful bluing, excellent and crisp trigger, authentic bone foreend cap. I am going to call it 98% as I am very discerning in my appraisals. You cannot buy a better rimfire for this money. You will certainly not find one in better condition that is 40 years old. A joy to carry in the woods or for varmints and plinking around the house. No disappointments here. Don't hesitate, this should go fast as have most of my other rifles.
