Description:
It is a DE grade with very unusual Krupp steel barrels. There were about 2 dozen Remington 1894's made with Krupp steel barrels. Barrels measure 28 inches and are choked full and full. Wood is in excellent condition with most all original varnish. Sharp checkering and very few mars. There is a gold plaque inlaid in the stock. LOP 13-1/2 inches. Barrels have been nicely re-finished and retain most of that blue with some bad storage marks. Receiver is untouched and has most of the vivid case colors remaining. Still a very fine gun.
