Neuman, there are pictured Dutch muskets with sideplate, lock and trigger guard Tangs in which each of these muskets parts are pictured individually, with dates of manufacture. The above parts all match in their exact characteristics to the Dutch muskets of 1720-1770 period. He specifically notes the sideplate on our musket as “A flattened adaptation found only on Dutch/Liege muskets supplied to American Colonists by Britain. The action works perfectly. The stock is very good and solid, no cracks or losses. If you collect American Revolutionary War, this Dutch/ Liege musket sent only to American Colonists. How good is that? SOLD Antique: Yes |
