Description:
Here it is guys, that 1 gun that is so hard to find for your German and Austrian collection. It is an Austrian Drilling that is referred to as a Schinen or rib drilling by Johaan Reitberger of Wien, (Vienna). It has a 22 hornet in the full length rib over top of side-by-side 16 gauge with 2 1/2 inch chambers . The gun is in marvelous condition for a 1935 proofed gun. The execution of the engraving on the side panels and on the action is marvelous. The rib is sculpted 2/3 of the way out on the barrel. This is an extremely rare example of this Configuration. The wood is very good with original finishes and only the marks that would be on a gun of this vintage. LOP 13 7/8, 25.5" BARRELS, 7LBS. CHOKES FULL & FULL. PRICE REDUCED!
