Up for your consideration is a stunning example of a classic 1977 Colt Python chambered in the .357 Magnum cartridge. This 6inch barrel Python wears a deep and rich Royal Blue Finish with original type 2 walnut grips. The Python is considered the gold standard of double action revolvers, with tight lockup, and hand tuned action. The weight of the Python is incredible and commands your full attention from the moment you pick it up. Condition is very good to excellent, Rating in the 95% range. There are a few slight handling marks and wear marks on the crane, cylinder, and backstrap. These small and almost invisible marks are common on almost every Python that isn't brand new in box. Grips are in great condition with some minor handling marks and the bore is excellent with deep rifling and the chambers are in the same condition. This gun is the best example you can find without it being a designated shooter or one that's been abused. This gun has been fired, but it has been cared for its whole life and has survived the years since its manufacture very well.
