Description:
A very nice box of .45 Colt/Schofield handgun ammunition. This is the shorter 230 grain cartridges that would also accommodate the Schofield revolver. .45 Colt boxes are difficult to find and this one is un-opened and factory sealed on both ends. This type of box was the last of the Winchester two-piece black powder box styles still in use up into the early 1920’s. There are a few minor scuffs on the label, but other than that it’s in overall excellent condition with no split seams or restoration. It’s marked; “For Colt Double Action and Single Action Army Revolvers”. Some pen markings on the bottom; “N. EA 185”???. Covered in plastic wrap for protection. Domestic shipping only via UPS Ground.
