*** SOLD *** SOLD *** Collector grade 1967 Savage 99PE Presentation Grade (serial # 1142556) in 308 Winchester remains in "just about mint" condition. The PE was manufactured from 1965 to 1970 and was one of the first factory engraved guns since the 99K in 1940. The satin silver finished receiver has full coverage, factory engraving with a mountain lion on the right receiver and a bull elk on the left receiver. The Monte Carlo stock and forearm are made of highly figured American black walnut with fine hand cut checkering. This amazing Savage 99 remains unfired and unhandled.
