THIS RARE BURGESS FOLDING SHOTGUN IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH APPROXIMATELY 60-65% OF THE ORIGINAL FINISH REMAINING, MOST OF THE FINISH IS GONE OFF OF THE DAMASCUS BARREL. THE ACTION REMAINS TIGHT. SEVERAL OF THE SCREW HEADS ARE BUGGERED, THERE IS A CHIP OUT OF THE TOE OF THE BUTTSTOCK AND BUTTPLATE.
THIS IS A EXCEEDINGLY RARE SHOTGUN WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF THOUSAND GUNS BEING BUILT BEFORE WINCHESTER BOUGHT OUT THE BURGESS GUN CONMPANY AND CEASED PRODUCTION.
