Nether Apocalypse Outfitters nor its parent company SAS Outfitters LLC offer any type of warranty or return on new firearms. Used firearms come with a 3 day inspection period from the day that it was signed as received by the destination FFL.
All new firearms come with a manufacturer warranty. All defects and malfunctions should be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm. Additionally Some of our firearms are covered by our distributors "Lifetime Replacement Guarantee". If your firearm is covered under this Guarantee, it will be indicated on your receipt and the appropriate instructions and paperwork will be furnished with your firearm when it ships.
Cancellation & Order Change Fees
We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee if you decide to cancel your order or substitute products. PLEASE NOTE, ONCE ORDER HAS SHIPPED, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED. Adding items to an existing order will not incur any additional fee. By placing an order or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 10% restocking fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily.
