Triebel, Augsburg. --- Custom, Schmidt & Habermann-Action, Falling-Block, Single-Shot Rifle --- 9.3x74R Nominal 24" (exactly 60cm) tapered octagon barrel with integral matted-ramp front sight base, integral swivel base, 1 standing and 2 folding dovetail-mounted leaf sights engraved for 50, 100 and 200 meters. Figured European walnut stocks with schnabel-tipped and key-fastened forend, fluted-horn-capped pistol grip, classic point-pattern checkering at the wrist, classic comb, Bavarian-style cheekpiece, rear swivel stud, and casehardened steel skeleton buttplate---checkered within. Pre-war casehardened and border-engraved Schmidt & Habermann falling-block action with pre-war German commercial BUG proofs, double-set triggers and manual top tang safety. B Nickel Supra 1-4x20mm scope with bold duplex reticle and 30mm tube on quick-detachable claw mounts, engraved H. Triebel. Pull: 14 1/8". Weight: 8lbs, 14 1/2oz. Nearly new condition as custom built circa 1970s/80s.
