Description:
Here is a gorgeous Winchester model 61 that was built in 1956. This rifle was engraved very beautifully by the late George Sherwood with gold inlays. The barrel is 24 inches and has a minty looking bore with crisp sharp rifling to make a great shooter if you did decide to take this beauty out of the safe. The bluing is near mint and looks gorgeous, close to 100%. The stock and fore end are done in a gorgeous dark walnut with a nice striped pattern. Length of pull is about 14 inches to the factory Winchester butt plate. This rifle also works just as great as it looks!
