Description:
WWII Issue M1 Carbine Manufactured by Underwood. The serial number of this example is 284468X placing date of manufacture in July 1943. Overall condition is excellent with 100% of the finish remaining. The Barrel is a Winchester that has a perfect bore. Bright and shiny from breech too muzzle. The stock is marked with "AN" representing Anniston Arsenal where it went through a post war rebuild for re-issue. Early stock "I" cut has "F" "T" "RMC" in stock well or sling channel. We do not disassemble to determine all the small parts and pieces. The sling is maker marked and dated 1944. With little work you will have a nice collector with some rare parts.
