Boss & Co. 12 ga.ejector game gun. 29 inch chopper lump barrels with 2-1/2 inch chambers .Choked improved cylinder and modified the bores measure .732 right .733 left. The tapered semi-concave game rib engraved with the Dover Street Piccadilly address. The sidelock action retains wonderful rich original case colors overall, combined with the fine Boss style engraving of the period makes this a very desireable London Best. The gun is fitted with double triggers to a straight hand stock of fabulous red and black french walnut just emblazoned with outstanding figure. Measuring 1-3/8" comb 2-1/8" heel and 15-3/16" over a dark brown leather pad, just perfect dimensions for todays shooting. A visually fabulous Boss built during the heyday of craftsmanship. Weighs 6 lbs 8 oz with a perfect balance point just at the hinge pin. Compete with brass-bound leather case.
