I offer a non firing, non disassembly three day inspection return policy. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost both ways and also the return transfer fee from my FFL dealer as I am not an FFL dealer and the return has to be shipped back to him.

The fully insulated 20x24 cabin with front covered porch is heated with a Fisher wood stove and propane heater. The camp is internally wired for lights, outlets and switches and ready for you to add the electrical source of your choice. This is an off grid camp that is about 1/2 mile in off a seasonal use road. I bring my water in for kitchen and drinking use . It has direct access to Lewis County ATV trail system that has over 600 miles of multi use trails !
